Need Help Picking A Lcd HDTV?

I want a nice tv for my bedroom, for playing games and watching bluray dvds
Theres three tv’s i’m interested in, but I can’t decide which one I want.
I know the sharp has a higher contrast then the sony, but the toshiba I have no clue, plus this toshiba has 1080 p, not that 1080 p is a big deal to me since i’ve read that 720 p is the best for gaming, but it might come in handy for blueray movies. And I was wondering if it also had 20 hz, which keeps fast movement sharp and clear, reducing blur. Any suggestion?

I would go with the Sharp.
Samsung or LG would be best though! Something in the 32″ class with a high contrast ratio and fast response time!

The LG would be the best pic quality but most expensive! The Samsung would be better than the Sharp and less expensive! It’s up to you…i recommend the LG or Samsung in your case!!!

These are older models, and none of them have the 120Hz refresh.
Personally, I like Sony as a good brand for HDTVs.
You’re looking at 32″ screens, and 1080p isn’t going to do much for you at that size. A 720p will do just fine. You won’t notice the improved Blu-ray picture on a screen that size. So a 720P will do fine, and save you some money.
I’d recommend getting a newer model as well, as they have better reliability and longer life expectancy, if you can swing a little more money.

  3. you should get the Toshiba it has 1080p you might not use it now but once you see a move in 1080p you will be amazed as for 120hz it has 60hz most lower end TV don’t have it that’s for the TV that are like $1200 and above it has a 8ms response time which is not bad here are more specs that they don’t show.http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/t…
